Portfolio Manager is an online tool that helps you measure, track, and better understand energy use in your building(s) or tenant space. All you need are 12 months of energy bills and some basic information about your building to get started. Portfolio Manager also has optional waste and water tracking capabilities.
Representatives from U.S. EPA Region 5 will provide an overview on how to navigate Portfolio Manager, add a property, enter energy data, generate performance reports to assess progress, and share data and reports with others. They will also discuss the ENERGY STAR certification and how to apply if your building is eligible. Bring Your Green Participants can earn points in the Bring Your Green Challenge by benchmarking the energy performance of their buildings in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
